Sales Tax

Drawvex ships products to addresses within the United States. Shipping Costs

Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping charges applied to orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time for orders is 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on shipping destination, carrier performance, product availability, processing time, and factors beyond our control, including weather, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Drawvex is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Drawvex is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, re-delivery attempts, or reshipping due to customer error.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Drawvex pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We encourage customers to inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancies immediately.

7. Returns and Refunds

Drawvex offers a 30-day return window for eligible products. There is no statutory cooling-off period or automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases under United States federal law; our return policy is a voluntary policy provided for customer satisfaction.

General Return Terms

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact Drawvex customer service at the contact information provided below to request a return authorization. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

DRAWVEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
